Stephen Duggan
Co-Founder & Chairman
Stephen is a seasoned Business Executive with over 20 years of commercial and legal experience, which he is able to bring to the organisation. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) and Dipl. Construction Law. He has a passion for business. As a business owner, investor, and mentor, he helps the MD and executive team in Prestige with the business strategy and sales and marketing.
Stephen was inspired to partner with Christine and become a shareholder in the business having personally navigated the SA visa process multiple times as an expatriate. He then hired Christine as
his Immigration Consultant and was so impressed by her professionalism and passion, they became business partners.
His business interests range from business mentoring and coaching to property investment, organic fertilizer manufacturing, immigration law services to regenerative farming.

Our firm is led by a South African admitted attorney, Christine Mutsau. Her personal and professional experience in the immigration law space removes the burden on clients to identify the relevant and correct visas to apply for, ensuring that the application process goes smoothly and that there is constant feedback and updates on the application process with maximum support throughout their Immigration to South Africa.
Having personally experienced the challenges in obtaining the relevant visas and eventually South African permanent residency, her passion lies in assisting applicants to obtain their visas/permits and relieving the stress that comes with this process.
Outside of work, Christine enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and reading.
Khomotso Mamburu
Junior Immigration Consultant
Khomotso is a newly Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She completed her LLB at the University of the Free State and has a Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property Law which she obtained from the University of Stellenbosch.
After completing her legal studies she went on to start her career as a Candidate Attorney and has two years of experience in general litigation, commercial law and property law. She was inspired to join Prestige Immigration Services because she has a passion for people and for the law and her goal is to grow and become a seasoned Senior Immigration Consultant.
She holds special system of values and will go the extra mile to make sure that client’s receive excellent services.
Outside work, she enjoys playing netball socially.
Lerato
Junior Immigration Lawyer
Lerato has a Bachelor of Law degree (LL..B) from the University of the Free State and Practical Learning Training from Nelson Mandela University. During her studies she was acknowledged for her hard work and dedication and was invited to be a member of the Golden Key International Honour society.
She started her career as a candidate attorney, where she gained experience in Labour law, Family Law, and Contracts. She joined the Prestige Immigration Services team because of her enthusiasm and commitment to helping people and using the law to assist people.
In her personal time, she loves to watch movies, baking, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
